What we collect When you request a quote or book a journey, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, journey date and time, flight or train number (where relevant) and any notes you provide. We do not collect payment-card details on this website — payments are taken separately by bank transfer, in-car card terminal or invoice. ## 3\. How we use your information We use your information to: provide quotes; deliver the journey you booked; communicate about timings, changes or follow-ups; raise receipts and invoices for journeys; and meet our legal and operator-licence obligations. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. ## 4\. Lawful basis We process your data under "contract" (to deliver the service you have requested) and "legitimate interests" (to operate, secure and improve our business). Marketing communications, where used, are sent under "consent" which you can withdraw at any time. ## 5\. How long we keep it Booking records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements. Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Marketing data is held until you withdraw consent. ## 6\.
