Service questions, answered

Which private hire service should I book?

If you are unsure which option suits your journey best, give Nick a call on 07863 752839 or email [email protected] with your pickup point, destination, timing, and passenger requirements, and we will gladly advise on the most suitable service.

Are prices fixed before the journey?

Yes, every single journey is quoted and confirmed in writing with an all-inclusive fixed price prior to travel. There are no surprise meters, peak surge tariffs, or card surcharges.

What vehicle will collect me?

You will always be collected in an immaculately maintained, spotless black Mercedes-Benz E-Class (E350) seating up to 4 passengers with ample luggage capacity.

How far in advance should I book?

We operate on a pre-booked basis. To guarantee availability, especially for early morning airport runs, weekend travel, or sporting events, we recommend booking as early as possible. Last-minute bookings can occasionally be accommodated depending on Nick's schedule.

Do you cover journeys outside Berkshire and Oxfordshire?

Yes. While our primary operating hub covers the Berkshire Downs and Oxfordshire (Lambourn, Newbury, Hungerford, Wantage, Oxford, and Swindon), we provide long-distance transfers to all major UK airports, Central London, cruise terminals, and event venues nationwide.

Can I travel with my dog?

Yes, we are proudly pet friendly! Well-behaved dogs of any size are welcome to travel free of charge across every service. Please mention your pet when booking so the vehicle can be prepped accordingly.
